Description

El arroz Tama Sakae, una variedad asociada con la prefectura de Shiga, forma la base de este tokusen honjozo de Uehara Shuzo, elaborado con agua de manantial filtrada por las colinas sobre la orilla occidental del lago Biwa. La cervecería, fundada en 1862, aplica a este honjozo la misma filosofía de prensado kioke tenbin en barrica de madera y levadura propia que define su línea junmai y ginjo.
