Furosen Yamahai Junmai Ginjo de Uehara Shuzo en Shiga utiliza el arroz patrimonial recuperado Shiga Wataribune, ancestro del Yamada Nishiki, en una fermentación yamahai sin ácido láctico añadido, embotellado como nama genshu sin filtrar. Un aroma a plátano introduce un paladar rico y de cuerpo completo, con acidez jugosa y un final nítido y limpio gracias al prensado tradicional en tina de madera.
