Morohaku Uokichi es un honjozo de Nishida Shuzo en Nara, una cervecería cuya etiqueta insignia Morohaku hace referencia a la antigua tradición cervecera de Nara, en la que los artesanos de los templos usaban arroz blanco completamente pulido tanto para las preparaciones de koji como de kake. La clasificación Honjozo permite una pequeña proporción de alcohol de cervecero para un final más ligero y nítido.
