Un arroz de grado daiginjo, prensado sin pasteurización ni adición de agua, produce un sake de frescura e intensidad pronunciadas. Proveniente de la misma cervecería de Ibaraki que ha ganado 13 premios de oro en el Concurso Nacional de Nuevo Sake, esta namagenshu conserva la textura viva y los aromas del sake recién prensado.
