Se utilizan arándanos enteros del Shimamura Blueberry Garden en Kodaira, Tokio, uno de los primeros jardines en cultivar arándanos en Japón. El objetivo fue un final fresco que aprovechara la rica acidez de los arándanos. Disfrute la bella dulzura, la acidez cortante, la comodidad al beber y los vivos colores.
