Extraído a mano y embotellado directamente desde el recipiente de prensado, este Tokubetsu Junmai genshu captura gases frescos de fermentación y un ligero brillo turbio de las lías finas residuales. Elaborado en una de las bodegas de sake más antiguas de Kochi, utilizando agua subterránea alimentada por la cuenca del río Shimanto.
