Description

Este shiboritate nama genshu estacional de invierno utiliza arroz Gohyakumangoku pulido al 70 % y se embotella directamente tras el prensado sin ningún tratamiento térmico. Embotellado al 18 % de alcohol, presenta una textura viva y ligeramente efervescente junto a la frescura cruda característica del sake de nueva cosecha.
