Este sake, cuyo nombre evoca las flores de melocotón en plena floración que rodean la cervecería, se elabora con Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40%, fermentado cuidadosamente a baja temperatura con las aguas subterráneas del río Kiso. Un perfume afrutado florece en un sabor suave y envolvente.
