Tokubetsu honjozo elaborado con Gohyakumangoku pulido al 60%, elaborado con levadura Ogawa y agua de manantial de la montaña Tsukuba, en esta destilería fundada en 1877. La levadura Ogawa aporta notas características de plátano y melón, mientras que el umami mineral del Gohyakumangoku y el final seco y vivo hacen de este sake un acompañamiento culinario limpio y preciso.
