Un honjozo namacho (almacenado sin pasteurizar, embotellado con una única pasteurización) de una cervecería de Niigata fundada en 1866. El almacenamiento en fresco preserva una calidad viva y limpia, manteniendo el carácter propio de la casa: dulzura redondeada y umami firme. Elaborado con agua subterránea filtrada naturalmente en Joetsu, Niigata.
