Un daiginjo (tobinshiyo) de una cervecería de Niigata fundada en 1866, extraído en pequeñas cantidades de un único depósito reservado para concursos y embotellados premium. El estilo de la casa favorece una dulzura rica y redondeada, equilibrada por un final limpio. El agua de elaboración es agua subterránea filtrada naturalmente a través de las dunas de arena costeras de Joetsu, Niigata.
