Este junmai daiginjo kizake sin filtrar y sin pasteurizar de Matsubaya Honten en Obuse, Nagano, porta el carácter completo y sin diluir del prensado. El muroka (sin filtración) preserva el color natural y permite que los aceites de arroz y los aminoácidos se expresen, resultando en un daiginjo rico y complejo con una profundidad terrosa bajo la nariz orientada a la fruta.
