Este junmai daiginjo de edición limitada de Hakuran Shuzo en Miyoshi, Hiroshima, se elabora con arroz Hattan, una variedad originaria de Hiroshima, apreciada por su fermentación limpia y sus sabores delicados. La técnica fukurotsuri (prensado en bolsa) extrae el jugo únicamente por gravedad, sin prensado mecánico, capturando la porción más pura y aromática del mosto moromi. La combinación del arroz local Hattan y este método de prensado tradicional produce un sake excepcionalmente refinado y aromático.
