Junmai Daiginjo Miyanomatsu es un daiginjo de arroz puro de Matsuoshuzojo en la prefectura de Saga, que combina los estándares de pulido y fermentación daiginjo premium con la pureza sin aditivos de la clasificación junmai. El agua blanda de Saga, extraída de los acuíferos subterráneos del terreno volcánico de Kyushu, contribuye a la delicada y suave textura característica de la etiqueta Miyanomatsu. La ausencia de alcohol destilado añadido permite que el carácter inherente del arroz se exprese plenamente dentro del refinado marco aromático daiginjo.
