Miyanomatsu Junmai Ginjoshu es un sake ginjo de arroz puro de Matsuoshuzojo en la prefectura de Saga, fermentado con arroz pulido al 60 % o menos y producido sin la adición de alcohol destilado. El clima suave de Saga y el agua blanda y limpia de las tierras altas de Kyushu ofrecen condiciones ideales para la fermentación delicada y afrutada que define la categoría ginjo.
