Es una pequeña cervecería situada en Funakoshi-cho, en la parte este de Aki-ku, al este de Hiroshima City. El agua subterránea que fluye desde la montaña rocosa llamada Iwatakiyama, detrás de nuestra empresa, se bombea desde 60 metros de profundidad y se utiliza como agua de elaboración. El arroz es principalmente arroz cultivado en la prefectura de Hiroshima, adecuado para la elaboración de sake, y trabajado a mano por nuestros artesanos de Hiroshima.

Very fruity aroma and taste. Crisp off dry light texture with clean refreshing taste. Highly aromatic. Mid-high acid with a little bit of sweetness. Ripe banana and apple taste
