Honjozo nigorizake de la Sogen Sake Brewery en Suzu, Ishikawa, elaborado con Gohyakumangoku cultivado en Ishikawa y arroz glutinoso pulido al 65%. Producido en una de las cervecerías más antiguas de la península de Noto y cuna de la tradición Noto toji, este sake turbio activo ofrece una carbonatación suave, una dulzura cremosa de moromi y un final limpio y vivo.
