Description

Honjozo de Imai Shuzoten en Nagano city, bajo el label Wakamidori cuyo nombre proviene de un canto noh de la época Edo y encarna el espíritu de la frescura perpetua. Elaborado íntegramente a mano con arroz de Nagano cultivado localmente en una tradición ininterrumpida desde 1691, es un sake cotidiano cálido y ligeramente corpulento, con una dulzura redondeada y umami.
