Daiginjo elaborado con Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40 %, brassado en Wakayama con el agua de pozo ligeramente dura de la zona de Kainan, históricamente conocida como Manyokuroushi no Mizu. La marcada mineralidad del agua sustenta un aroma fino y elegante.
