Elaborado en Misato Town, reconocida por la abundancia de sus manantiales naturales, el sake se nutre de agua subterránea suave extraída a 25 metros de profundidad. El perfil kangarikara (extra seco) añade un final vigorizante que equilibra la profundidad característica del sake yamahai de Akita.
