El Tokubetsu Junmai Kiippon de Harukasumi es elaborado por la familia Kuribayashi, guardianes de séptima generación de una cervecería fundada en 1874 en Misato Town, Akita. El agua de manantial suave de la cervecería, extraída de 25 metros bajo tierra en una ciudad con 126 manantiales naturales confirmados, ancla el carácter limpio y delicado del sake. Como Tokubetsu (especial) Junmai, se pule más allá de los requisitos estándar del junmai, expresando un refinado sabor a arroz sin alcohol añadido.
