Hagino Tsuru Tezukuri Junmaishu es un sake de arroz puro hecho a mano en Hagino Shuzou, producido en el estilo artesanal de pequeños lotes que define a esta destilería de Miyagi fundada en 1840. Tezukuri ('hecho a mano') enfatiza el cuidado manual aplicado en cada etapa del proceso de elaboración, desde el cultivo del koji hasta el prensado. Con el 98 % de la producción de la destilería clasificada como junmai, esta expresión es central para la identidad de Hagino Shuzou, construida sobre arroz Kuranohana y Miyamanishiki y el manantial natural Ryodosawa.
