Yamada Nishiki pulido al 60 % sufre una fermentación secundaria activa en botella, creando una efervescencia natural y animada en este kassei nigori (turbio espumoso) namagenshu de Uehara Shuzo. En nariz, aromas de plátano y pera conducen a una dulzura láctea de arroz, con una carbonatación viva y una acidez limpia que llevan el final hacia una sequedad refrescante. Las botellas deben manejarse con cuidado antes de abrirlas.
