Description

Elaborado en Uehara Shuzo en Shiga, una cervecería fundada en 1862 que se apoya en levadura silvestre cultivada en casa y el raro método de prensado kioke tenbin en barrica de madera, este daiginjo representa el nivel de pulido más refinado de la cervecería. El sake se caracteriza por una textura sedosa y un umami profundo y limpio, resultado de tres días de prensado lento y delicado.
