Description
El Funaki Junmai Ginjo Gentei Nihyakkan utiliza el Shinriki, una de las variedades de arroz para sake más antiguas de Japón, en una edición limitada de 200 kanme (750 kg) de Funaki Shuzo en Fukui, fundada en 1866. El agua extraída a 150 metros bajo la llanura aluvial del río Kuzuryu y el escaso arroz Shinriki se combinan para honrar la tradición de esta bodega, pionera en la elaboración de ginjo en la prefectura de Fukui.
