Nombrado en honor al histórico puente Tsukumo en Fukui, este junmai de Funaki Shuzo utiliza arroz Gohyakumangoku y Shinriki pulido al 60%, elaborado con agua de manantial del río Kuzu y levadura de cultivo propio. La mezcla produce un sake rico y de cuerpo pleno, con un umami de arroz profundo, ideal para acompañar la gastronomía.
