Description
Elaborado con ciruelas Benisashi de la prefectura de Fukui en sake envejecido de la añada 2011 con azúcar cande, este koshu umeshu refleja el compromiso de décadas de la cervecería con los licores de ciruela fechados por añada. La maduración a temperatura ambiente del sake base en el almacén de tierra de Gifu construye una base suave y compleja para la fruta de la ciruela.
