El daiginjo Tobinkakoi (recolectado en tarros) es el sake de competición insignia de la cervecería, elaborado colgando bolsas de moromi prensado y recogiendo únicamente las gotas que caen libremente en pequeños tarros. El Yamada Nishiki pulido al 35% produce un sake con aromas de melocotón blanco y melón, una textura luminosa y sedosa, y diez medallas de oro consecutivas en competiciones nacionales.
