Description

Inspirado en la novela ambientada en el festival Eko Junanaya de Tottori, este daiginjo utiliza Yamada Nishiki y el agua de deshielo extremadamente suave filtrada a través del bosque de hayas de Oku-Daisen a 800 metros de altitud. La dureza del agua, de aproximadamente 20, contribuye a un carácter suave y limpio del sake.

La primera generación de la familia Oiwa, Taro Oiwabo, lanzó una destilería en esta región en 1907.
