Una de las expresiones más secas de Azakura, este Tokubetsu Junmai muroka genshu usa Akita Sake Komachi pulido al 60 % y se embotella sin filtración ni dilución para ofrecer una sequedad intensa a plena fuerza de fermentación. El estilo choumakarakuchi (ultra-seco) se logra mediante una fermentación exhaustiva que deja un mínimo de azúcar residual en el sake.
