It was a historic sake brewery for about 200 years in the first year of the Meiji era, but Tadashi Watanabe, the president, has been given a hillage store. A modern master craftsmen Naohiko Naohiko, who won the 27th gold prize at the National New Sake Appraisal, was reconciled from the end of 1995. After retirement, Tadashi Watanabe, the president of Kuramoto Tori, has created a new "agricultural outlet". Currently, 100 % of sake brewing rice made in the Yoshikawa district of Hyogo prefecture in Hyogo prefecture is 100 %

- 1953Noguchi Shuzo Co., Ltd. was founded in October 1953, in a brewery with roughly two centuries of sake-brewing history near Mt. Haku and the Sea of Japan.
- 2013At the end of 2013, the brewery was revived with master brewer Naohiko Noguchi, a 27-time gold medalist at Japan's National New Sake Awards, joining as toji.
