What you'll need

  • 6 spring roll wrappers
  • 3 slices ham
  • 3 slices cheese
  • 3 shiso leaves
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 quarter onion
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil or more for shallow frying
  • <Seasoning>
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp water

How to make it

Finely chop the onion. Cut the shiso leaves and cheese slices in half. Mash the boiled eggs in a bowl.
