Ham, Egg & Cheese Spring Rolls

What you'll need
- 6 spring roll wrappers
- 3 slices ham
- 3 slices cheese
- 3 shiso leaves
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 quarter onion
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil or more for shallow frying

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp water
How to make it
Finely chop the onion. Cut the shiso leaves and cheese slices in half. Mash the boiled eggs in a bowl.
Add the onion, mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the eggs. Mix until creamy and well combined.
Place ham, cheese, shiso, and the egg mixture onto each spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edge with the flour paste.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the spring rolls over medium heat until both sides are golden and crispy. Drain excess oil, cut in half, and serve.
