What you'll need

  • 100g salmon sashimi grade
  • 50g pickled radish
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 cm garlic paste
  • 1 to 2 cm wasabi paste
  • 2 pinches chopped green onion
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salmon roe as desired

How to make it
