Iwai und Yamada Nishiki gemischt und auf 50 % poliert bilden diesen daiginjo der Yoshiokashuzojo in Kyotango, Kyoto. Iwai ist ein traditioneller Sake-Reis der Kyoto-Präfektur, und seine Kombination mit Yamada Nishiki bei diesem Poliergrad ergibt ein vielschichtiges Aroma mit leicht trockener, fester Struktur.
