Die Kasui Hiire-Technik wendet kontrollierte Wärme an, um den Sake sanft zu stabilisieren und dabei die charakteristischen Eigenschaften der Yamahai-Fermentation zu erhalten. Asahi-Reis, eine traditionelle Sorte mit reichem, vollem Aromenprofil, liefert ein erdiges Fundament für diesen gut strukturierten, vielschichtigen Sake.
