Produziert von Oita Citys einziger sake-Brauerei seit 1864, hat die Sara-Linie aufeinanderfolgende Spitzenpreise beim Nationalen Sake-Wettbewerb erhalten, und diese junmai daiginjo-Version verwendet unterirdisches Wasser des Ono-Flusses und esterreiche Hefe.
