Der Josen Nori Hissho Honjozo von Kuramitsu Shuzo wird in der einzigen verbliebenen sake-Brauerei in Oita City, gegründet 1864, mit unterirdischem Wasser des Ono-Flusses gebraut. Dieser honjozo folgt der Tradition der handwerklichen Kleinserienproduktion der Brauerei, die über vier Generationen entwickelt wurde.
