Dieser Daiginjo Sara Tobingakoi von Kuramitsu wird nach der tobin-Methode gepresst, bei der das moromi in Stoffsäcken aufgehängt wird und der sake frei ohne mechanischen Druck in Tobin-Fässer tropft. Er wird aus Yamada Nishiki, unterirdischem Wasser des Ono-Flusses und der aromatischen, esterreichen Hefe der Brauerei hergestellt und steht für den Gipfel der preisgekrönten Sara-Linie von Kuramitsu.
