Description

Der Soukou Daiginjo Sara von Kuramitsu Shuzo, der einzigen sake-Brauerei in der Stadt Oita, wird mit unterirdischem Wasser des Ono-Flusses und einer esterreichen Hefe gebraut, um einen duftigen, sauberen Daiginjo zu erzeugen. Die 1864 gegründete Brauerei hat mit dieser Sara-Linie von 2013 bis 2016 aufeinanderfolgende Spitzenpreise beim Nationalen Sake-Wettbewerb gewonnen.
