Im Spätherbst als ungefilterter, unpasteurisierter Saisonausdruck freigegeben, fängt dieser Shinomine-Ausdruck die reiche Tiefe von Omachi nach der Sommerruhe ein, gezogen aus dem Katsuragi-Bergquell.
