Honjozo aus Hyogo-Yamada-Nishiki bei 60 % Politur, von der Brauerei als charakteristischer trockener sake beschrieben, der seinen Charakter je nach Trinktemperatur veraendert. Kalt serviert liefert er eine knackige, scharfe Trockenheit; auf Koerpertemperatur erwaermt, mildert er sich zu einem weichen Abgang mit einem Hauch Suesse. Er gewann 2013 beim Kanzake-Wettbewerb den ersten Goldpreis in der Kategorie warmer sake.
