Ginjo-Polierung auf mindestens 60% und die streng temperaturkontrollierte Gärung der Brauerei erzeugen ein sauberes, aromatisches Profil. Naganos kalte Winter und weiches Bergwasser tragen zum delikaten, zugänglichen Charakter dieser Abfüllung bei.
