Junmai Ginjo von Tamura Sake Brewery in Fussa, Tokyo, gebraut mit auf 55% poliertem Reis bei Niedertemperatur über eine verlängerte Fermentationsperiode. Ginjo-Aroma und geschmeidiges Mundgefühl werden durch einen leicht trockenen, essensverträglichen Charakter ausbalanciert, den die Brauerei als verfeinert, aber bescheiden beschreibt.
