Ichidaimisen Tokusen Ginjo ist nach dem Berg Misen auf der Insel Miyajima benannt, dem heiligen Wahrzeichen, das von Chugoku Jozo in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima, über die Bucht hinaufragt. Gebraut aus Hattan Nishiki, poliert auf 60 %, verwendet dieser Ginjo der 1918 gegründeten Brauerei (heute Sakurao Brewery) ausschließlich Reis aus der Präfektur Hiroshima für eine charakteristische, sanfte Tiefe.
