Harushika Junmai Daiginjogenshu von KK Imanishiseibeisyouten in Nara ist ein Reinsake-Daiginjo, der als genshu abgefüllt wird, d. h. auf seinem natürlichen Alkoholgehalt nach der Fermentation ohne Verdünnung. Diese Kombination aus Daiginjo-Polierung und unverdünnter Abfüllung erzeugt einen Sake mit konzentrierten fruchtigen und blumigen Aromen sowie einem reichhaltigeren, substanzielleren Körper.
