Bokusui Honjozo ist ein Honjozo von der Takeshige Honke Shuzo in der Saku-Region in Nagano. Die Brauerei verwendet Daisetsuzan-Quellwasser aus den Ausläufern von Tateshina und 100% Nagano-angebauten Reis; die lange kimoto-Tradition dieser Brauerei prägt selbst den Honjozo mit einer festen, komplexen Umami-Basis.
