From the brewery
In Hakusan City, which is located in the center of the Kaga Plain, the rice in Ishikawa and the Kaga Plain, we have been making sake brewing since 1907.
Although it is a small sake brewery, we opened a traditional sake brewing, a renovated storehouse, "Takasago -Sa -Dormitory," while continuing to challenge our philosophy, saying "contribute to sake culture", and collaborated with sake and dishes. We are proposing.
