From the brewery

In Hakusan City, which is located in the center of the Kaga Plain, the rice in Ishikawa and the Kaga Plain, we have been making sake brewing since 1907. Although it is a small sake brewery, we opened a traditional sake brewing, a renovated storehouse, "Takasago -Sa -Dormitory," while continuing to challenge our philosophy, saying "contribute to sake culture", and collaborated with sake and dishes. We are proposing.

History

1869
In 1869 (Meiji 2), the third-generation Yoshibee started the sake brewing business, having previously run a rapeseed oil pressing business. The brand name Takasago was adopted for premium-grade sake, and Hoyoro for other products.
1951
In 1951 (Showa 26), the business was reorganized as a company.
1985
In 1985 (Showa 60), the company took over Kenroku Shuzo, inheriting the brand names Kenroku Masamune and Kenroku.
1989
In 1989 (Heisei 1), the company took over Kanazawa Shuzo, the family business of the sixth-generation Yohei Kanaya's spouse, inheriting the brand names Hatsufune and Kanenosawa.
