Kanenosawa Tokiiri is a honjozo from Kanaya Syuzoten in Ishikawa Prefecture, presented in a traditional ceramic tokkuri bottle that reflects the artisanal culture of the Hokuriku region. Ishikawa is known for its pure snowmelt water and refined sake culture, and this honjozo is crafted to highlight the clean, balanced character that distilled alcohol addition can bring to the base rice flavors.
