The Izawa Honke uses Yamada Nishiki in addition to Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, and Yamada Nishiki, which is grown by himself, is used for sake. Inami -cho, which has a sake brewery, is characterized by its rich culture and is a perfect environment for making sake. In this Inami -cho, we will build sake with traditional sake manufacturing methods that have been handed down since ancient times.
