Yosamusume

Established in 1887 on the Tango Peninsula in northern Kyoto Prefecture, Yosamusume Brewery sits above the Sea of Japan and draws its brewing water from granite-filtered mountain springs behind the brewery. Six generations of brewers have applied what they call a terroir philosophy to their sake, crafting the distinctive qualities of Yosano's cool maritime climate directly into each bottle. The brewery now produces around thirty varieties, ranging from low-alcohol expressions to fruit sake, all defined by a smooth and easy-drinking character.
